You know as a mom and an educator, I am very proud of my daughter for getting involved in this event. I do believe lots of life lessons to be learned in participating in fundraisers like this. I am blogging this on behalf of my daughter. I just proofed her college app essay and this is her last paragraph.
Hey Everyone!!! On February 4th, I am participating in Dance Marathon at Maclay School. I was wondering if you guys would like to help me reach my goal of $1,000. This year is my first year being a part of Dance Marathon Executive Board, so I would like to kick off with a great start! All proceeds go straight to my local Children’s Miracle Network hospital, Shands!
